SHIPPING HANDLING
All orders are shipped within 2 working days from payment. The orders made on Fridays after 12.00 p.m. will be shipped on the following Monday
TAX AND CUSTOM DUTIES
USA:
Orders with a value lower than 800 USD are not subject to tax and dues. Orders with a higher value are subject to tax and dues to be settled at the moment of delivery. These dues are to be entirely charged to the customer.
REST OF THE WORLD:
Product prices do not include tax and dues, which may be requested in the destination country.
Shipping is exclusively processed with DDU (delivery & duties unpaid), therefore tax and dues may have to be paid at the moment of delivery.
Any tax and dues amounts shall be entirely paid by the customer, including those related to returns that are not processed according to our return procedures.
